Iron Maiden of Poker, Liv Boeree, the multifaceted Poker Pro

You will not see a more impressive poker player in the professional world of poker than Liv Boeree, who is also touted as the Iron Maiden of poker. She has this lethal combination of stunning good looks and a degree in Astrophysics from Manchester University. She also has a TV and modeling career, fantastic guitar playing prowess, a professional status in poker and a lifetime tournament earning of over $2 million.  You can see the iron in her now!

Liv Boeree is a native of England having born in Kent County in 1984. She came to limelight when she won €1,250,000   in season 7 of the European Poker Tour Sanremo Main Event. She has twelve World Series Poker cashes and five EPT money finishes in her career and also a member of the Team PokerStars Pro and promotes the website worldwide in all the major live poker tournaments.

Well, Liv Boeree’s entrance in to the world of Poker came in 2005 when she was selected to be in a British TV show broadcasting poker reality that also featured four other competitors. Some of the best known poker professionals like Annie Duke, Phil Hellmuth and Dave Ulliott aka   Dave ‘Devilfish’ Ulliott also featured in the show and they trained the five new comers to pave the way for their entrance in to the poker world.

Appearing on TV worked wonders for Boeree on both poker and show business. He also took up the job of a TV presenter and journalist when she covered the 37th Annual World Series of Poker event for the Gutshot TV. She then switched over to the Challenge TV to report the European Poker Tour on the internet. She also covered the European WSOP events for This Iron Maiden has a fantastic career record in which she has 12 WSOP cashes, and was largely successful in the European poker circuit.
